Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the day of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Household Wiz does not return products. We only offer replacements or refunds for damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product or it becomes damaged or defective within 60 days, please click HERE to send us a message using our contact form. Please include your order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We cannot offer a replacement or refund if your product is sent to the manufacturer.
